Customer Assessment
Every household has very different routines and requirements, therefore to allow us to care for your pet as much as you do we like to carry out an assessment prior to any visits / walks commencing.
These assessments are carried out free and with no obligation to utilise our services. They allow us to discuss your needs and how our services can help.
During these visits;
WE LISTEN; Our initial visit will take place prior to us commencing any service to you and will take place in your home to discuss your requirements.
WE OBSERVE; The first chat with any client is the most important, we use this time to meet your pet and assess their character and their own individual needs.
WE DISCUSS; We will run through our services and discuss your exact requirements and as long as we meet your needs we will ensure that both parties are happy before any agreements are made.
WE CARE; We love our work and do it because we care about animals. We put your pet’s welfare and security first. We also make it our priority to ensure you come home to happy pets and as a result are happy owners.
Our Agreement
At the end of our assessment and subject to you being happy with our offer of care we will ask you to sign an agreement before any services commence. This agreement is for your benefit as much as ours, before signing however we would like to ensure that you are aware of all aspects of our service, some of which you may not have even considered.
We will always carry cat boxes!
We hope it is never needed but we always carry these in our vehicles just in case we need to get your pet to a vet in an emergency.
Transporting your dog safely!
All our vehicles are fitted with guards and dog friendly matting, ensuring your pets safety and comfort.
No Logos on our Vehicles!
Non of our vehicles are sign written so as not to advertise to potential burglars that you are out...and so is your pooch!!! We also try to vary our pickup and drop off times for that little bit more security.
Recording our Visits!
We will leave a daily log in your furry friends very own 'Adventure Book' or daily log sheets so that you can read all about what the gang has been up to whilst you’ve been away or out at work.
Pictures!
In order for you to enjoy and share in your furry friend’s adventures with us, we often take photos and post them in our K9to5 Owners facebook page, this is a closed group and can only be accessed by approved owners.
